WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, Izra’s Florals does not accept returns or refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us here, and we will do our best to make it right.
HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?
They should last between 3–7 days, depending on the specific flowers, the desert climate, and how well they’re cared for according to the directions provided. Excessive heat, direct sunlight, and prolonged outdoor exposure may shorten the lifespan of your arrangement. If your arrangement includes dried floral elements, you can remove them once the fresh flowers have faded and place them in a vase without water. Those stems should last indefinitely.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
Izra’s Florals stand by the quality and freshness of our flowers, and we source the freshest, most seasonal flowers available from our markets & farmers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your arrangement
with flowers that die very quickly, please reach out to us here.

HOW DO I KNOW MY FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED?
All deliveries are scheduled for the date selected at checkout unless we contact you regarding any unforeseen issues or delays. Once your arrangement has been successfully delivered, a confirmation will be sent to your email or phone number provided at checkout. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
HOW DO I MAKE MY FLOWERS LAST LONGER?
Refresh water daily, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat. For the longest vase life, use the included flower food and remove any wilted blooms as needed.

Perishability & Care: Fresh flowers are perishable and typically last 3–7 days with proper care. Izra’s Florals is not responsible for wilting or damage caused by improper handling, weather, pets, or environmental conditions after delivery.
